Since three months, the Vietnamese government and its propaganda machinery have made up a lot of lies and slanders. They have made up stories that there are uprisings in 16 provinces in Democratic Kampuchea. Besides, both the Vietnam government and its propaganda machinery have cried out loud and openly launched appeals to oppose the Democratic Kampuchea's government.
