Phnom Penh: In days laden with military reversals for Head of the Khmer State Lon Nol including the failure to retake Oudong after the brash talk that it would be regained the Marshal ended his four-man supreme state council, replacing it with a high executive council of four. The council will comprise Lon Nol and three head-liners: Prime Minister Long Baret, Army commander-in-chief Maj-Gen, Sostene Fernandez and Sirik Matak.
