The past season in Cambodia saw the greatest ever victory of the patripts there. According to AKT, the Cambodian armed forces and people, in the pariod from May to October, put out of action 54,000 enemy, levelled 258 army posts and barracks, destroyed 222 military vehicles, sank or damaged 28 war vessels, and shot down or destroyed on the ground 46 war planes. Enemy casualties, as comparred with the previous wet season, went up 4 times. This many-sided achievement of the Cambodia people and armed forces is profoundly significant. P7
