Summary / Abstract :
In his April 7 televised Speech Nixon tried to ward off public criticism provoked by U.S atrocities in Viet Nam especially concerning the calley cases. Such horrors were describe by the U.S president as "Isolated," "Individual" cases. The following article based on materials collected by American Lawyer Mark Lane, Prove that, in face, a premeditated policy has been carried out by Washington to train tortures on that consequently, the perpetrated atrocities should by no means be ascribed to 'Isolated individuals".
