Since the Paris Agreement on ending the war and restoring peace in Vietnam came into effect, the Saigon administration repeatedly and very gravely violated it as well as its protocols. In almost all province of South Vietnam, the Saigon administration mustered its troops with air and armor support to launch a series of ribbling aperations in area under the control of provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam.
