The so-called Khmer Rouge insurgents seem all set to walk in through the gates of Phnom Penh and take over the Cambodia for which they have fough for years. But even after such a long and bitter struggle no one outside the country knows what the insurgents stand for or what difference they are likely to make to the power pattern in Indochina and South East Asia. It may be that the insurgents do not know themselves.
