The International Conference on Vietnam held in Paris from February 27 to March 3, 1973 has accomplished positive results. As the Act signed at its conclusion has made clear, the member government have formally taken note and declared approval and support of the Paris Agreement on Vietnam, recognized and pledged to respect the Vietnamese people's fundamental national rights and colled on all countries in the world to follow suit for the sake of a lasting peace in Vietnam.
