The Foreign Ministry, through the Information Department, today (28th February) issued the White Paper concerning relations between Thailand and Democratic Cambodia. This is to provide facts and explain the incident which took place on 28th January, when Cambodian troops intruded into Thailand, set fire to people's house and killed villages in Ban Nong Do, Ban Khlong Kho and Ban Noi Pa Rai, Aramyaprathat district, Prachin Buri province.
