Summary / Abstract :
|
The beleaguered Cambodian regime yesterday offered to surrender to the Khmer Rouge insurgents, but Prince Norodom Sihanouk, the insurgents titular head of state, promptly rejected the offer. Speaking in Peking, Prince Sihanouk also advised leaders of the Cambodian government to flee the country otherwise they would be hanged.
