Summary / Abstract :
|
What next? Meeting in the liberated area for the US-Thieu's serious implemantation of the Paris Agreement on Vietnam. Nearly 2,500 cases of violation in only 10 days after the coming into force of the joint Communiqué is a positive proot of US-Saigon bad faith. First, it is clear that the cease-fire order has not been complied with by Saigon. Out of the nearly 2,500 breaches, there have been no less than 184 infantry inroads (including 2 at division strength 12 at regiment strength and 86 at battalion strength), 1929 police raids, during which more than 80,000 people have been victimized and hundred of others arrested or murdered.
