On 20th April, a delegation of the Patriotic Lao Women's Union, with Mrs Khampheng Boupha, President of the Union and member 07 the SPC standing committee, as head; Mrs Phetsamon Lasasimma, in charge for recruitment of the union, as deputy head; Mrs Khemphet Phonsena, in charge of foreign affairs of the union left Vientiane far Phnom Penh to pay a friendly visit to Democratic Cambodia at the invitation of the Democratic Cambodia women's association.
