In its political declaration, the Aligers Conference stated the following with regard to the questions of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos: The conference welcomes the signing of the Paris Agreement on Vietnam and cinsiders this as a common victory of the Vietnamese people and the people of the non-aligned countries and all the forces in the world standing for peace and freedom. The conference expresses its concern over the refused of the US and the Saigon administration to strictly implement the Paris Agreement. P5
