The 4th (foreign ministers) conference of non-aligned nations held in Georgetown, Guyana, last August, decided to seat the delegation of the Royal Government of National Union of Cambodia at the conference as the sole legitimate representative of Cambodia. It also accorded full participation with full rights to the delegation of the provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic South Vietnam. P2
