We have now entered the month of June. The rainy season phrase of the production offensive is progressing everywhere, particularly in areas where there is sufficient rainfall or where the water-control problem has been solved to a great extent. Our revolutionary organization has appealed for this year's rice crop to be increased over that of last year and for the 1977 production plan to be fulfilled and even overfulfilled... with all the conditions that we have prepared before and, we will surely be able to grow this year's rainy season rice crop to the fullest. Howeve, in order to intensify this movement we must pay attention to the following important problems:
