Washington, September 9-the United States is preparing to fly suppliers of rice from Saigon to Phnom Penh, the Cambodian capital, State Department officials said today. The officials said that the aircraft, which may start next week, was intended to allay anxiety among the Cambodian public and prevent further food riots untill adeqate stocks, now on the way on river and road conveys, could arrive.
