Since January 6, 1978, when the revolutionary army of Kampuchea and the people of Kampuchea defeated and drove them out from the territory of Kampuchea, the Vietnamese enemy have still carried on machine-gunning, pounding, sending in spies and commados to gather intelligence and dialy carried out their invasion and aggression against our territory. At the same time, in words, they pretend to cry out loud that they want "special friendship", "special solidarity" with Kampuchea, that they want to hold "negotiations on the border problem" aiming at reducing the revolutionary vigilance of the people and revolutionary army of Kampuchea.
