Vientiane, Laos, June 28 (AP). Khmer Rouge insurgents in northern Cambodia have executed a French journalist, claiming he was "an American spy" according to reports from refugees crossing into Southern Laos. The journalist, Marc Filloux, 29 a stringer with agence French-press, was killed by the communist on May 8, the refugee said. Mr. Filoux was last seen in the Laos-Cambodia border area on April 22 friends said he was planning to try to make contract with the Khmer insurgents.
