Summary / Abstract :

The large-scale and systematic attack of invasion having the characteristic of a non-declared war perpetrated by the army of the "Socialist Republic of Vietnam" against Democratic Kampuchea-from September 1977 to the beginning of January 1978 is a concrete and pre-established act of aggression issued from the long-standing strategical goal and policy of the "Communist Party of Vietnam" and the government of the "Socialist Republic of Vietnam", which want to force Kampuchea to join the "Indochina Federation" with Vietnam as chieftain, aiming at swallowing the Kampuchea's territory in a definite period of time.
