Comrade-Prince Sihanouk of Cambodia, bravely wearing his hairshirt in Peking, has written a book exposing the allegel fatal corruption of his home and by US aid. It will be published this year-perhaps coinciding with Peking's ecpexted attempt to seat his Royal Government of National Union in the UN. In an interview with Dr. Mo Teitelbaum in last week's Sunday Times of Lon Non, he runs a prepucatiion trailer claining the Americans were "concerned neither with the safeguarding of Cambodia's neutrality non with the feelings of the Khmer nation, but only with thier own aims."
