Phnom Penh: The appoitment of a new cabinet is likely to alleviate the trauma of recent weeks, but there is no guarantee that simmering social problem will not boil over before the crucial united nationals vote on Cambodia's credentials september. The new cabinet includes seven independents, eight socio-Republicans and two military men. The military representatives control the ministries of defence and interrior, which together account in the hands of President Lon Nol.
