Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Saturday, October 7 (UP)-Communist commandos stromed across a bridge over the Tonle Sap River early today and engaged Government forces in battle in the heart of the Cambodian Capital. First reports said as many as 50 to 60 Government troops had been killed in the raid on an old sports stadium where United States-builtCambodian armored personned carrier were parked.
