Phnom Penh, July 5 (AP). Khmer Rouge Forces pulled back around Oudong today to defend it against an against an advancing government force that is trying to open the supply route to the rice fields of northwest Cambodia, field officers said. The government force or about 1,000 men headed toward Oudong, a provincial capital 25 miles north of here that was lost in March. The field officers said and estimated 4,000 to 5,000 Khmer Rouge troops were massing around Oudong to try to stem the government drive.
