Seng Leang Kry aka Chhel, Chief of Small Cell, Division 502, conceded that Pong, Soldier of Platoon, and Phakk Hor, chief of drivers group, Division 502, had betrayed to the revolution. Chann Mang, a mastermind, told him [Seng Leang Kry] of that.
