In Cambodia, Communist troops overran two Kep government positions today and drive to within eight mile of the Takeo province capital, 50 miles South of Phnom Penh, military spokesman said. Spokesman said that the new Communist drive posed no immediate threat to Takeo, 23 miles north of the Vietnamese border. Military Sources said that they believed the Viet Cong and North Vietnamese were attempting to gain control of a base area for a renewed drive against Vietnam's Delta provinces. P1
