Saom Prum aka Prang, working in Division 310 Big Unit, confessed that Mum, Chief of Medical Specialists, Northern zone hospital P-8, Pha, coming from Hanoi, had assigned Mum to kill serious patients by the injection; however, combatants would be slightly injected. Saom Prum aka Prang briefly admitted to Mum's activity.
ឈ្មោះសោម ព្រំ ហៅ ប្រាង កងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ មុំ ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេស ព-៨ មនី្ទរពេទ្យភាគឧត្ដរ បានទទួល ផែនការពី ផា «ហាណូយ» ឱ្យចាក់ថ្នាំសម្លាប់អ្នកជម្ងឺណាដែលឈឺធ្ងន់ ហើយចំពោះយុទ្ធជនចាក់ថ្នាំល្មមបានហើយ។សោម ព្រំ ហៅ ប្រាង និយាយពី មុំ តែប៉ុណេ្ណះ។
