In Cambodia the rival government of the former head of state, Prince Norodom Sihanouk, plans to set up its capital near the ruins of Ankor Wat, said military source. The source said insurgent forces of the Royal Government of National Union, formed by Sihanouk in Peking after he was overthrown in March, 1970, had put up 60 buildings around the temple ruins.
