Cease-fire-written 24 hours, all fighting in South Vietnam would stop and the United States would end its bombing and other military actins against North Vietnam. Parallel cease-fires would be negotiated separetely in Laos and Cambodia. Troops withdrawal _ All United States troops would be withdrawn from South Vietnam in 60 days,but the North Vietnamese could maintain their forces in place, although the United States expects several thousand North Vietnamese to be withdrawn to the North. All foreign troops must leave Laos and Cambodia. No further infitration of troops in South Vietnam would be permitted, but weapons cound be rapleced on a one-to-one basis, under international supervision... P1
