How will a potential Vietnam ceasefire affect Cambodia? Contrary to statements by the U.S sponsored Phnom Penh administration about peace talks with the "Khmer Rouge" the Royal Government of National Union of Cambodia, headed by prince Norodom Sihanouk, has denied that there have been any discussions between the resistance forces and the puppet regime. The Vietnamese liberation forces have expressed full support for the refushed of the Royal Cambodia Government of National Union to negotiate with the puppet regime.
