Phnom Penh, Cambodia, December 7 (AP)-Cambodia authorities reported that four frogmen blew up the Bright Star, a 1,900-ton Hong Knog freighter docked here early today. They said that a Chinese crewman and three Cambodians were killed and that 14 Cambodians were wounded. A military police source said three of the frogmen were killed by sentries, and that the fourth war believed to have escaped.
