Phnom Penh, Cambodia, December 14 (AP)-Phnom Penh airport was closed to foreign traffic today as demolition exports pomdered what to do about a 250-pound napalm bomb sitting on a runway. An airport official said that the bomb fell from the wing of a Cambodia Air Force T-28 yesterday as it landed from a bombing mission.
