Phnom Penh, Cambodia, December 20- The Cambodia Government today endorsed the resumption of full-scale bombing of North Vietnam by the Unitet States as a necessary step to force Hanoi to adopt a more conciliatory attitude at the negotiation table. The Nguyen Van Thieu chaque of South Vietnam, the Lon Nol clique of Cambodia and the U.S and New Zealand Government had been informed of the Labour Government's decision, he indicated.
