Lai, cadre of land transport unit, was involved in the confession of Nhep Suong aka Phann, cadre of land transport unit. The confession stated that some soldiers of regiment 11, division 310, were old hidden network since 1973.
ឈ្មោះឡៃ កម្មាភិបាលកងដឹកជញ្ជូនជើងគោក ជាប់កុ្នងចម្លើយរបស់ ឈ្មោះ ញ៉េប សួង ហៅផាន់ កម្មាភិបាលកងដឹកជញ្ជូនជើងគោកបាន ឆ្លើយថា សមាជិកវរសេនាធំ ១១ កងពល ៣១០ ជាខ្សែចាស់ របស់ខ្លួនតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣មកម៉េ្លះ។
