Focus on Cambodia: Cambodia produces 6,000 tons of pepper annually, according for one tenth of the world's pepper production. Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, used to have about 600,000 inhabitants. Since 1970, its population has swollen to more than two million as a result of the US-puppet policy of concentration of the population in urban centres to facilitate their control.
