Ket Cha Kun, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Ros Luy, worker of Kung A factory, entered the CIA in 1972 through Nguon Kun. Before April 17, 1975, Ros Luy convinced workers to love the Lon Nol regime and to have confidence in the US. After April 17, 1975, Ros Luy pitted former workers against the new workers and informed former workers of the fact that Angkar was under the control of China.
ឈ្មោះកេត ចាគន្ទ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ រស់ លុយ កម្មកររោងចក្រគង់អាថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា អ្នកនាំចូល ងួន គុន។ មុនថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ រស់ លុយ អប់រំកម្មករឱ្យ ស្រឡាញ់របបអាណុល បំផុសឱ្យមានជំនឿលើអាមេរិក។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ រស់ លុយ បំផុសកម្មករចាស់និងថ្មីឱ្យមានទំនាស់ គ្នា, បំផុសកម្មករចាស់ថាអង្គការនៅក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ប្រទេសចិន។
