|
The Cambodian puppet government has acknowledgeed that 100,000 of its claimed 300,000 troops, or a third of the Army, do not exist. The 100,000 are dead or non-existent and are listed on Army payrolls only for the purpose of allowing corrupt officers to draw their pay. The government says a new in vestigation so for shows there are actually 180,000 troops in the Army.
