Phnom Penh, Cambod, January 9 (Reuters)-Cambodian forces recaptured an important outpost today on the east bank of the Mekong River opposite Phnom Penh, a Government military commander said Brig Gen.Deng Layon, commander of the military region around the capital, said that his forces had retaken the village of Prek Prasap after it had been occupied for two days by Communist-led forces.
