Summary / Abstract :
|
There are about 60 British subjects presently living in Cambodia, many having left since the war started in March 1970. However, that small representation does not reflect Britain's interest in the country. The first appearance of any note by the British occurred in 1945, when an Indian-based brigade arrived to provide security at the end of the war against the Japanese.
