Phnom Penh, Cambodia, January 14 (UPI)-Khmer Rouge Guerrillas captured three strategic government outposts outside the ancient royal capital of Oudong today, renewing their threat to Highway 5. Phnom Penh's link to the Cambodian rice bowl, military sources said. The Communists atto captured another position on the Mekong River - the 10th to fall in the last two days. It was reported that about 60 government troops were killed in the battle outside Oudong.
