Dek En, worker of Power Plant 2, confessed that Seun Cheng, former worker of Power Plant 1 union, entered the CIA in December 1970. Cheng convinced people to hate the Khmer Rouge.
ឈ្មោះដែក អិន កម្មករអគ្គិសនីទី២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ស៊ឺន ចេង កម្មករចាស់នៅសហជីពអគ្គិសនីទី១ថាៈ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅខែ១២-១៩៧០។ ចេង ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផុសប្រជាជន ឱ្យស្អប់ខ្មែរក្រហម។
