Phnom Penh, Cambodia, February 24 (Reuters)-Communist forces today stopped up their attacks south of Phnom Penh, where they have badly mauled isolated government battalions and now threaten a provincial capital milieaten sources here said. The sources said that reported reaching government lines from the isolated provincial capital of Tram Khnar, 22 miles southwest of Phnom Penh, suggested that the town was in serious danger.
