The seven point peace initialtive of the provisional revolutionary government of the Republic of South Vietnam has been wellcomed by many governments and broad sections of the people in various countries including the United State, as a sound basis to end the war and peacefully settle the South Vietnam issue, and a good apportunity for the United State to bring home its expeditionary troops in safety and with honour.
