Pao Samet, train worker in Kampong Som, confessed that Kung Lan, Kang Saroeun and Nouv Sarin, railroad technicians, were messengers of Ieng Seiha. The three bore the responsibility for conveying Ieng Seiha's plans to various areas to disseminate it.
ឈ្មោះប៉ោ សាម៉េត កម្មកររទេះភ្លើងកំពង់សោម ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះគង់ ឡន, កង សារឿន និង នូវ សារិន កម្មករចចេ្ចកទេសផ្លូវដែក ជានីរសាររបស់អៀង សីហា។ ហើយបីនាក់នេះ មានភារកិច្ច នាំសារ ពីផែនការពីអៀង សីហាទៅផ្សព្វផ្សាយតាមទីកន្លែងផេ្សងៗ។
