1-Vietnam workers party and government delegation visit people's republic of China. 2-Diplomacy at the service of resistance war against U.S. aggression. 3-Phnom Penh perimater broken through at gates while one quarter of Lon Nol build -up was pinned down operation "Chenla 2," some hundred kilometres north of Phnom Penh the Cambodian patriotic forces made successfull attacks on other fronts, chiefly within a 20 Km radius from Phnom Penh. The hottest stop was the right bank of the Tole Sap and Bassac River, with as focus the Po Chenton and Toul Leap area, west and northwest of the capital.
