"Vietnamization is not just a matter of Vietnamese troops replacing American troop in the war", assert Robert Thomp Son, a Britist Counter-insurgency expert turned military adviser to th incombent US president. And to complete his boss's thinking he quotes Melvin Laired: Vietnamization "requires a stronger administration a stronger economy, stronger military force and stronger police for internal security. To achieve thise limited American support in all forms will still be necessary.
