Jailed Saigon studens call for help: The letter reprinted below was received on October 30, 1971 by Marjorie Tabankin, president of the United States National student Association (USNA). It was smuggled out of the jail in which a number of south Vietnamese students have been held since October 10. They are being held in charges verying from firebombing American military vehicles to "organizing a demonstration on the day of the presidential election." The letter was written of the page of a book and giving to American who carried it to this country.
