Summary / Abstract :
|
The United States has pursued many stratgies for victory in Vietnam from its earliest support of the French colonialists to today's "Vitnamization" program. Military speaking, it started with the provision of guns and ammunition, than escalated in stages to several thousand U.S. "advissor" U.S. armed helicoters and eventually half a million U.S. combat troops. Now we are replacing the U.S. troops with a flaming wall of U.S. weaponry, while our clients, the south Vietnamese military and police, try to beat and harass the populace into parmanent submission.
