To the Editor: Thanks for your eloquent eulogy to the entiwar movement ("Voices of Consience") in the January 26 Time. Your farewell was a bit premature, however. Voices of Conscience are still speaking out against ongoing American intervention in Indochina. In the first place, U.S. bombing of Cambodia continues.
