Phnom Penh, Cambodia, March 17-A Cambodian Air Force captain stole a plane today and bombed the presidential palace in what was reported to be an attempt to kill president Lon Nol. The flier, said to be an air attaché at the palace who had failed had failed fight school training, missed the palace by 20 yards but his bombs killed at least 20 people and wounded 35. It blew up the barracks of the palace guard and the force of the blast leveled an area of 100 squaere yarols.
