Chann Sinakk, electrician of Prek village water pump, confessed that Nep Yen, soldier of Prek village water works, joined the CIA in 1970 through Koem Ketha and Robert Zie. Yen received Sieng Vann Than's plots to convince workers not to believe in the revolution and to build up more and more traitors for the purpose of destroying the revolution.
