Phnom Penh, April 1-Fighting intersified in Cambodia sunday as communist forces attacked the southern provicial capital of Takeo, the nation's second largest city, and continued their asaults along key supply routes leading to Phnom Penh-Military source said the heavy mortar and infantry strikes at Takeo, 35 miles south of Phnom Penh on Hilesway 2, any be the opening of an-all-out offensive against the city. At least 13 government soldiers were wounded in fighting there before dawn sunday.
